Word to PDF (DOCX Converter)
DOCX rendered and converted locally - layout preserved, files never uploaded
Submitting a resume or report where only PDF is accepted? This tool converts Word documents (.docx) to PDF by fully rendering the document layout in your browser - fonts, tables, images, and margins are preserved as closely as possible.
Conversion is local: unlike most online converters, your document is never uploaded to a server, so resume and contract drafts stay private. There is no watermark and no daily quota.
Need further processing? Compression, watermarking, encryption, and bookmark editing are one click away in the same toolbox.
How to use
- Click the "Word to PDF" card
- Select your .docx file
- The document renders in the browser; choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog
- Get a PDF with the original layout
FAQ
Is the old .doc format supported?
The web version supports .docx (Word 2007+). For legacy .doc files, re-save as .docx in Word/WPS first.
Will the layout break?
Regular documents (text, tables, images, headers/footers) convert with high fidelity. Exotic elements (WordArt, SmartArt) may differ slightly - review the output.
Why does a print dialog appear?
The web version uses the browser’s print-to-PDF pipeline, which guarantees precise layout. Choose "Save as PDF" in the dialog.
What about missing fonts?
Fonts installed on your system render exactly; missing ones fall back to the browser’s closest match.
